ACD received OHF funding through the Anoka Sand Plain Partnership Phase 7 proposal for habitat enhancement projects and for the Rare Plant Rescue Program. Funding begins July 1, 2021. ACD is collaborating with the University of MN Landscape Arboretum and Critical Connection Ecological Services to meet the grant deliverables.

Deliverables include:

  • Develop rare plant salvage network and protocols
  • Salvage and translocate rare plant materials
  • Public engagement and outreach
  • Monitoring, analysis and reporting
